Resort Duty ManagerWe are seeking an enthusiastic and talented candidate who will assist the Assistant Front Office Manager in taking full responsibility and accountability for Front Office daily operations at the Resort. To ensure that all guest requirements are exceeded and to actively contribute to the implementation of policies, procedures and training.
The successful candidate will posess the following skills:
- A minimum of 2 years Front Office managerial experience (Assistant Manager level) within a 4 Star Hotel or Resort environment.
- A sound knowledge of Reservations.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service and for ensuring excellent standards of grooming.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and develop a team of individuals.
- Ability to set targets, take responsibility, and develop and establish policies, procedures and systems.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and operate effectively within a high-pressure environment.
- Professional presentation and a confident, personable manner.
