We are seeking an experienced Retail Coordinator to join our Retail/Purchasing Department in this full time position.

The selection criteria for this position is as follows:  

• Proven experience in the same role within a busy Hotel/Resort environment with a strong sales and customer service focus. 
• A personality that generates excitement about the resorts facilities and is confident about delivering them to our guests. 
• Proven experience in the Management of stock purchasing, stock taking, costing and pricing Previous experience with retail inventory including the accurate use of internal systems such as CHECK and InfoGenesis. 
• Solid understanding of current resort merchandise with the capability of sourcing and liaising with suppliers. 
• A demonstrated ability to plan and design new merchandise as required whilst working within budgetary guidelines. 
• The ability to organize, prioritise, operate autonomously and work well under pressure will be critical to your success. 
• Professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills time management skills. 
• Weekend and shift work is a pre-requisite for this position.
