The following positions are available:
Handyperson
This full time position works within our Property, Maintenance, Engineering and Energy Management system Department.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
It is essential you possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills together with a strong focus on attention to detail and Customer Service.
This role requires you to work well under pressure and be a positive representative of our Resort.
This is not a live on position.

Chef de Partie
We are looking for Chefs who are passionate about food, motivated and career orientated. If you are looking for a life/work style change then we want to hear from you.
Candidates must be:
Trade qualified / experienced in a resort or hotel work environment,
Team players with a "can do" attitude and an ability to take control of your section and make it your own, HACCAP knowledge an advantage. Experience in banquets and event operations in hotel/resort would be an advantage.
This salaried position requires you to be available on weekends and public holidays over a rotating roster. If you possess the drive and passion for delivering exceptional food to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction then we want you on our team. Immediate start.

Front Office Guest Service Attendant (Reception)
We are looking for a customer service star to join our front office team.
This position offers up to 38 hours per week, and is permanant.
This position will be based both at our Hope Harbour Ferry Terminal and Couran Cove Island Resort.
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following skills & attributes:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk position in a Hotel / Customer Service field
- A passion for excellent guest service
- Enthusiasm, energy & flexibility to work within a 7 day rotating roster
- Demonstrated computer & administrative skills (Front Office systems such as Epitome, a definite advantage)
- Excellent presentation and ability to operate as part of our multi-disciplinary team
- Sense of urgency and an eye for detail
This position is NOT live on.

Commis Chefs
We are looking for several Commis Chefs who are passionate about food, motivated and career orientated. If you are looking for a work / life style change then we want to hear from you!
Selection Criteria:
- Qualified (recently completed apprenticeship)
- Be able to work under pressure
- Willing to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Have reliable transport
These positions require you to be available on weekends and public holidays, based on a 7 day rotating roster. If you possess the drive and passion for delivering exceptional food to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction then we want you on our team.

We may be able to provide income for working holiday visa holders who can commit to a minimum 6 month period.
