The resort not only offers a selection of modern, well-equipped venues for your business needs, but showcases our beautiful island setting by offering a choice of indoor and outdoor venues to take advantage of the stunning marina views and gorgeous natural island surrounds.

Indoor Venue Choices:
  • The Boardroom. Located on the marine boardwalk, this special venue offers a private waterfront room with a range of audio-visual facilities for meetings of up to 12 delegates.
  • The Conference Centre - The Olympic room, The Landy and Jackson rooms. Our resort Conference Centre can cater for up to 180 people. The rooms, with a theatre-style offering, offer waterfront views across the marina and lagoon with a bright, airy feel and large windows allowing natural light to stream in.
  • The Beach Pavilion. This venue is a lagoon and beach-front purpose-built marquee that can cater for a theatre style conference for up to 300 delegates or a 300 guest themed dinner. The marquee can also be configured into three separate divided areas for trade display exhibitions. 
Eco Venue Choices:
  • Mango and Melaleuca Villas. Located in the Marine Resort are the Mango and Melaleuca Villas, which can cater for up to 25 people in a two-level villa featuring small meeting rooms or break-out areas.
  • Namatjira Rooms. Set in the Nature resort area of the island, the Namatjira Room offers a relaxing, secluded and very Australian alternative for your next meeting. This Ecocabin room features wrap-around screened verandas for breakout sessions or working lunches and caters for up to 35 people.
Outdoor Venue Choices:
  • The Convention Lawn.  Located adjacent to the Conference Centre and overlooking the lagoon, this picturesque area is perfect for small group activities, break-out sessions and cocktail parties.
  • Blue Gum Point.  Blue Gum Point is an open lawn and private beach area encompassed within the Beach Pavilion conference location. Overlooking Spa Island and the lagoon, the location is primarily used for team building, themed lunch and dinner events.
  • The Mango Chapel. Located adjacent to the Conference Centre is an open-air venue in a natural amphitheatre created by large mango trees. The altar/stage and seating are all made from local wood to give a distinctive, rustic feel.

Technical facilities:
The Events team offers a complete range of audio-visual equipment, including state-of-the-art technology in computer presentation, teleconferencing and video projection, and wireless broadband hot spots in selected resort precincts. Presentations are well catered for with PA systems, special lighting systems, electronic whiteboards, flipcharts, lecterns, portable stages and complete black-out rooms.
Business facilities:
Our full-service business centre provides professional administrative services, including PC and internet/email access, photocopying, printing and faxing. Located on the marine boardwalk, it is adjacent to the main arrivals and conference building.
