• At Couran Cove's Day Spa, we use the purest of natural ingredients from both marine and plant origin. Thalgo skincare draws their efficacy from the marine extracts, algae elements and vitamins of the sea.
• Your therapist will analyse your skin, evaluate its current condition and then customise a suitable facial treatment based on your skins needs, wether it be to refine, purify, hydrate, firm or soothe.

Hydrotherapy Treatments

• Steam Room - The moist heat of the Steam Room cleanses and rejuvenates the skin through perspiration, enhancing relaxation, metabolism and inner balance.
• Hydrotherapy Bath - This relaxing underwater massage increases circulation, helps eliminate toxins and fluid retention, eases aches and pains. Combined with oyur choice of : Essential oils, Marine Salts with algae, Precious Milk Bath.
• Vichy Shower - Enjoy a full body exfoliation whilst laying underneath a cascade of water jets triggering energy points leaving you feeling recharged, revitalised and relaxed.

• Our Marine Therapy body wraps and treatments encompasses therapeutic benefits including firming, toning and detoxifying that are truly an entire body experience.
• The Couran Cove Day Spa Signature Body Wrap is a journey beginning with a skin polishing ritual based on purity and having it's origins in the Mediterranean. A creamy Precious Milk Bath follows providing a source of relaxation and time to bask reminiscent of Cleopatra's Egypt. Not just relaxation but Vital relaxation is achieved as you are massaged with Ayurvedic traditions using Sacred Wood essential oils and balms. Completing our ritual is a veil of silk with our sublime body wrap to leave you perfectly relaxed and your skin like velvet. With your journey complete, we welcome  you to enjoy a herbal tea on the Day Spa balcony overlooking nature at it's best.

• "Lithos" Hot Rock Therapy is an ancient technique used in new age relaxation, combining thermo-therapy (heat) and cryotherapy (cold) marble stones to alleviate pain and stiffness in joints and muscles, stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation which encourages detoxification and accelerates healing. The Lithos Therapy is used in conjunction with a Swedish massage technique to deepen the effect - a truly relaxing and sensory filled experience.

Classes and Combination Packages

• From 50 minute classes to Full Day Packages, classes from $20, packages from $190.
• Classes such as Yoga and Relaxation for beginners to advanced and a How to Massage workshop will entice you to develop a holistic approach to life.
• We have combined some of our favourite treatments into combination packages such as our Half or Full Day Spa package, Romantic Escape for two or our specialty "Just for Men" packages.
