The Restaurant’s fresh local ingredients are the foundation of our contemporary Australian menus and reflect the ‘healthy living’ focus of the entire resort.
A previous winner of the 'Restaurant and Catering Gold Coast - Best Modern Australian Restaurant' award, our ever changing and always appealing menus present tempting dinner choices and offer the best in local produce and local seafood – all complemented by a superb selection of wines.
Children's menus are readily available and our specially compiled tasting menu is a joy for those who want to try a little bit of everything. Best of all our chefs are only too happy to cook up your own special ‘catch of the day’ should you land the ‘big one’ during your stay.
Dining in The Restaurant for that special group occasion, with family, friends or work colleagues, is now available with our group Table D' Hote menu.

Please note that the resorts evening signature dining outlet "The Restaurant" is currently undergoing a refurbishment program and will be reopening from Wednesday 1st September 2010. Our other dining options during this season are 'The Poolside Cafe at Spa Island' open for breakfast,lunch and dinner, The Boardwalk Bar and Cafe open for light cafe style lunch and dinners, Home Delivery dining between 7.00am and 10.30pm or all our accommodation styles offer self catering facilities and your grocery items can be purchassed from the resort' s General Store.
